The focus of the redesign was to improve Pittsford FCU members’ overall experience with a site that reflected the message and intimate relationship they have with their members. The website needed to be simple to navigate, responsive across all platforms, and feature enhanced usability to popular pages.
After a focused analysis of the Pittsford Federal Credit Union brand, the SN team was able to create a website that featured solutions to all of the proposed functionality and design goals. The newly designed website features a clear, recognizable, and charismatic tone that is carried out with visual imagery, interactive site flow, and custom UI elements. Users can easily log in, access popular pages, and find contact information. The updated site design is an exciting step for creating a unique experience that users can enjoy.
